Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting functions
• Book and review journal entries into Accounting application
• Reconcile accounts
• Prepare and review fund level financial statements including the consolidated balance sheet, income statement, statement of partners' capital, schedule of investments, footnotes to financial statements and cash flows
• Prepare and review investor capital calls, distributions notices
• Understand fund agreements in order to determine impact on reporting
• Review the work of team members and provide feedback for improvement in order to ensure timely delivery of quality output
• Proactively anticipate, communicate and escape issues to Manager in a timely manner
• Work on special and ad hoc projects for internal initiatives & external clients
