Job summary

Thanal Trust in Kerala, India, is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for its dialysis unit. You will supervise patient assessments, vascular access handling, and monitor treatment progress during hemodialysis sessions.

The role requires 3–5 years of dialysis experience with 1–2 years in leadership, a BSc Nursing or RN, and strong crisis management and interpersonal skills. You will coordinate staff schedules and ensure safety and accurate EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• Emergency Response: Guide staff during medical complications or cardiopulmonary resuscitation events in the unit

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or valid registered nurse (RN) / healthcare diploma.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of clinical experience in dialysis services, including 1 to 2 years in a leadership or charge-nurse capacity.
• Skills: Advanced knowledge of hemodialysis machinery, strong interpersonal aptitude, and crisis management skills
