Job summary

Ecliptic Insight Ventures in Navi Mumbai invites a Team Leader for US Inbound Sales. You will lead a team handling US inbound sales and customer service, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met while maintaining quality and compliance.

The role requires 1–4 years experience in International BPO and US sales processes, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Night shift work is expected; immediate joiners preferred with attractive incentives.

Designation: Team Leader US Inbound Sales

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience Required: Minimum 1 - 4 Years in International BPO / US Sales Process as a Team Lead (On Paper)

Salary Range: 6 - 7.5 LPA

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

Job Responsibilities:
