Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing engineering culture.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee the execution of development projects, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to define technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Participate in system architecture, technical design, and technology selection.
• Write, review, and maintain high‑quality, scalable, and secure code.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and software quality guidelines.
• Identify technical risks and proactively resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
• Drive Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and system availability.
• Oversee debugging, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
