Job summary

Tech Data in Mumbai seeks a Senior Partner Programs Manager to develop and oversee a group of partners delivering customer services. You will manage all aspects of Vendor Partner Programs, including recruitment, adherence monitoring, day-to-day partner requests, and enablement, while connecting partners with engagement opportunities and driving program transformation.

• Proven track record on achieving business and revenue targets.
• Experience in managing P&L with the focus on driving profitable business.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain subscription renewal rates at assigned target.
• Manage and maintain existing partner channel.
• Develop adequate Product and Program subject matter expertise to train and lead ISR on subscription license, contract renewals, onboarding process, credit onboarding, vendor tool enablement, internal tools enablement and support tickets.
• Responsible for driving Partner programs with sales team for new partner recruitment.
• Lead the sales executives on manage the partner channel driving revenue.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key partner accounts: C-Level, Principals, Stakeholders, and Affiliated Instructors.
• Take weekly sales review and track monthly progress against AFC.
