Job summary

Soterius, Inc. in Noida, India, is seeking a Team Lead for Clinical Safety & Pharmacovigilance to guide a PV team and ensure timely, compliant delivery of safety activities.

The role requires 4–6 years of PV experience, strong leadership, and the ability to report performance metrics to management and clients, while upholding SOPs and regulatory standards.

You will coordinate audits, allocate workloads, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to ensure timely delivery of activities with quality and compliance standards.
• Ensure PV projects comply with client agreements and applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor workloads to ensure optimal resource utilization and achievement of project objectives.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, client expectations, and company policies.
• Prepare and present operational reports, performance metrics, and status updates to management and clients.
• Manage quality, compliance, and documentation across PV projects.
• Monitor team productivity, quality metrics, and KPIs; implement corrective actions when required.
• Identify new training and development requirements relevant to the function.
• Respond to and/or represent the department during audits and inspections.
• Manages and monitors the workload of the department/function and alerts the Functional Head/Designate regarding personnel management concerns or issues that may affect the quality and functioning of work, as assigned by Management.
