Job summary

My CPE is seeking a Team Lead – Client Success Delivery (CSD) with a focus on US Taxation to lead a team and ensure accurate tax filings while delivering high-quality services to clients.

You will oversee review of Forms 1040, 1120, and 1065, coordinate with internal teams, mentor staff, and stay updated on federal/state tax rules.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA or Inter CA qualification.
• 3+ years of US taxation experience.
• Hands-on with Forms 1040, 1120, 1065.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
• Experience with tax software and MS Excel.
• Good client communication and team handling skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities
