- Responsible for managing and handling Direct Clients.
- Responsible for handling a team of recruiters.
- Understands VMS/MSP Model.
- To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
- Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.
Responsibilities Includes
- Identify, recruit, hire, train, coach, motivate and retain recruiting team members.
- Work with recruiters and oversee the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring process.
- Ensure the recruiting strategy and techniques used by the team are up to date and implement new ones.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Create and maintain a resource pipeline to ensure that resourcing needs are met.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure adoption and growth of company's recruiting division.
- Recommend ways to improve the employer's brand.
- Participate in career events, job fairs and campus interviews.
- Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Should be conversant with latest recruiting tools, technologies, and techniques.
Job Specifications
- Min 6-12 Years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Min 2+ Years Team handling experience.
- Extensive experience in self-sourcing using Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed) and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, etc.). Understanding ATS will be an advantage.
- Should be an expert on Boolean Search.
- Should be good with technologies or a thorough understanding of various IT/Telecom technologies.
- Exposure working with Direct Client/VMS Based clients.
- Experience with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Go getter attitude, ability to think out of the box.
- Good candidate pipeline building & mapping skills.
- Track-record of Quality over Quantity.
- Exceptionally good at negotiations and selling the organization to the candidates.
- Good listening skills and ability to articulate their thought process through emails, telephonic conversations, etc.
