Job summary

JBS Lease Administration (Gurugram) seeks a Team Lead - Abstractions to lead a team delivering lease abstraction services for JLL clients. The role requires a high degree of independence and accountability for timely, qualitative output.

You will mentor Analysts/Senior Analysts, coordinate with Account Managers, Transition Manager and vendors, and drive performance improvements with the Regional Abstraction Manager. University graduates with 5+ years in lease admin are preferred.

Qualifications

• University graduates/postgraduates or equivalent work experience in lease administration.
• Minimum of 5 years' industry experience; at least 2 years in people management.
• Knowledge of real estate leases and ERP systems like MRI, Yardi, Costar, Tririga.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Analysts/Senior Analysts in lease abstraction services.

You will be managing a team of individuals who work on Abstraction aspect of Lease Administration. You will be accountable for the operational delivery of your team members. You will be accountable for Operational delivery of Abstractions. A high degree of independence required on a day-to-day. Manage administrative and recruitment matters in consultation. Act as the contact for interaction and escalations with the parties related to the delivery of Abstraction services and work closely with 3rd party vendors. You will also have responsibility for directly working with the Regional Abstraction Manager to ensure continuous performance improvement and sharing best practices within the team.

Highest qualitative delivery

You will manage administrative, and recruitment matters in consultation with the Manager and Hub Leads. You will manage the team of abstractions and double checkers in JBS. A high degree of independence required on a day-to-day basis but will be responsible to the Lease Administration Deliveries. Acting as a mentor and providing guidance when required to all members in Gurgaon Lease Administration Centre. You will be responsible for interaction with all parties to keep the lease administration database current and accurate. You will be accountable for the work done by the Abstractors and Double checkers who manages client abstractions and ensuring Turn Around Time and responsiveness is maintained and met in a timely manner. Ensure our processes and procedures are maintained to ensure adherence with all internal and external policies. Manage/perform ad hoc projects/tasks to ensure clear communication on progress and timely completion of all assigned tasks. Work closely with internal Stakeholders to resolve any escalations and take corrective and preventive measures. Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success.

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of lease administration. This will include managing portfolio reviews, management reporting, planning/ tracking and monitoring of all the resources in team. To be actively involved in performance metrics - KPIs i.e., Quality, TAT, and Productivity. Also, the focus would be on accurate abstractions and keeping the client database current.

Able to provide solutions and strategies for client needs and concerns. Able to understand the balance between the scope of works, the clients want and needs. Other tasks requested by management.

We are looking for University Graduates/Postgraduates or equivalent work experience in lease administration. A PMP / MBA degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years' industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant; a minimum of 2 years' experience in people management ; Strong attention to detail; Knowledge of real estate leases and accounting is essential along with ERPs like MRI, Yardi, Costar, Tririga, etc. ; Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage accurate data; Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines; Good interpersonal skills to operate as a pro-active member of a small core team; Positive approach to meeting clients' needs;
