Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agents to drive property sales.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective partner networks and innovative strategies.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with channel partners to generate leads and maintain a steady pipeline of potential buyers.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to promote our properties effectively.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
  • Client Relations: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored property solutions.
