About the Role:

We are looking for a warm, responsible, and energetic Female Home-Based Teacher who can take care of kids and keep them engaged in a productive and creative way at home. This is not just tuition - we need someone who can be like an elder sister / mentor to the kids.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Support: Help kids with homework, school projects and daily study routine.
Activity-Based Engagement: Keep kids engaged in creative activities - drawing, craft, storytelling, puzzles, educational games, reading habits.
Overall Development: Focus on manners, communication, and discipline and personality development.
Screen Time Management: Minimize mobile/TV time and engage kids in indoor & outdoor games
Child Care: Take complete care during duty hours - mealtime, naptime, hygiene and safety.
Reporting to Parents: Give daily updates to parents about kids' learning, behaviour and activities done.

Required Profile:

Female Candidate - Graduate / Post Graduate
2-5 years of experience as Home Tutor.
Very loving, patient, and child-friendly nature with good communication in English & Hindi
Creative mindset - should know new age activities for kids.
Punctual, trustworthy, and well mannered.
