Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced JD Edwards specialist to translate business requirements into JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solutions. You will configure core modules, perform data migration and develop customizations using ER, BSFN, and NER while coordinating with business stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of experience in JD Edwards, strong analytical skills, and experience with interfaces and testing.

• Experience in data migration, interface development and testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate into JD Edwards solutions.
• Configure and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules (Finance, Distribution, Procurement, Inventory, Sales Order, Manufacturing).
• Prepare functional specs and design documents.
• Develop and customize JDE apps using ER, BSFN, NER and related tools.
• Design and support integrations between JD Edwards and external systems.
• Perform data migration/conversion and interface development.
• Conduct unit/system/UAT testing and troubleshoot production issues.
• Create technical and functional documentation.

• Prepare functional design documents and technical specifications.
• Develop and customize JDE applications using:
• Event Rules (ER)
• Business Functions (BSFN)
• Named Event Rules (NER)
• Table Conversions
• Reports (UBE/RDA)
• Interactive Applications
• Design and support integrations between JD Edwards and external applications.
• Work with business stakeholders during requirements gathering and solution design.
• Perform data migration, data conversion, and interface development activities.
• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Create technical and functional documentation.
