Job summary

EY is seeking a Saviynt IAM Staff for its global delivery services. You will architect IAM solutions, drive projects, and deliver end-to-end IAM SDLC engagements on a global scale.

The role emphasizes integration, governance, and security with Saviynt, while mentoring junior members and contributing to a culture of high quality and continuous improvement. The position calls for expertise in Saviynt components, IDA workflows, and strong SQL/RDMS knowledge, supported by solid communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IAM projects across the SDLC lifecycle.
• Expertise with the Saviynt IAM platform and connectors.
• Strong RDMS/SQL querying and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect IGA solutions using Saviynt.
• Drive IAM projects including PM and client management.
• Execute complete IAM SDLC engagements from requirements to deployment.
• Develop and maintain enterprise IAM solutions using Saviynt.
• Build integration connectors and conduct periodic access reviews.
• Configure Saviynt workflows and birthright rules.
• Understand RDMS/SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
• Collaborate with teams and mentor juniors.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for consultants in the cyber security team to work on various Identity and Access Management projects for our customers across the globe. Also, the professional shall need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with the leadership/management on a timely basis

As an influential member of the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team this position will contribute towards execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, implementation and adoption of secrets management, management of machine identities and definition of access policies that meet their needs and are in line with overall IAM Program.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Ability to architect IGA solutions using Saviynt
• Ability to drive IGA projects including project management, team management, client management.
• Should have experience in implementing at least one complete IAM SDLC engagements projects. This must include activities such as requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and application support
• Engineer, develop and maintain enterprise IAM solutions using Saviynt IGA tool
• Develop and Build new application Integration, Account and Entitlement Connectors and perform periodic certification reviews in the Saviynt Platform.
• Experience in development phase for Saviynt components - Build Warehouse, Access Request System (ARS), Rule Management, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity analytics, Segregation of Duties
• Good knowledge in the configuring of workflows in Saviynt IGA tool. Good knowledge of configuring birthright rules for the user onboarding workflows. Have involved in creation of XML jobs in Saviynt IGA tool.
• Experience in implementation process, built and deployment in Saviynt process.
• Should have good understanding of RDMS and SQL queries.
• Professional IT certifications are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
