Job summary

EY India is seeking a Senior SailPoint IIQ in the cyber security team to design and deploy IAM solutions, lead IIQ/IDN projects, and mentor teammates. The role involves driving client engagements, reporting risks, and shaping IAM roadmaps to meet security requirements.

You will collaborate across global delivery teams, enable integration with ServiceNow and CyberArk, and contribute to EY's commitment to quality, inclusion, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in designing and deploying IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
• Experience leading IAM projects, including PM, team and client management.
• Hands-on with SailPoint IIQ and IDN architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Experience onboarding AD, JDBC, and web service apps to IIQ/IDN.
• Knowledge of cloud/VA deployment, HA/DR configurations.
• Experience with IQService in cloud and on-prem.
• Certifications are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for consultants in the cyber security team to work on various Identity and Access Management projects for our customers across the globe. Also, the professional shall need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with the leadership/management on a timely basis

As an influential member of the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team this position will contribute towards execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, implementation and adoption of secrets management, management of machine identities and definition of access policies that meet their needs and are in line with overall IAM Program.

Your Key Responsibilities

• 3-7 years of experience in designing and deploying IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions
• Ability to drive IGA projects including project management, team management, client management.
• Should have experience in implementing at least one complete IAM SDLC engagements projects. This must include activities such as requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and application support
• Must have experience in SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.
• Must have experience in source/ Identity profile configuration, transform/rule development, workflow configuration, JML process and certification, Password sync.
• Must have experience in onboarding AD, JDBC and web service applications to IIQ/IDN
• Must have experience in deployment of virtual appliance, understanding different VA architecture, deploy rules in cloud/VA, High availability/DR configuration
• Configuration and deployment of IQService in cloud and on-prem environments
• Must have hands on experience in configuring quick link, custom work flow, reports, developing service account management modules, integration with other tools like Service Now, CyberArk etc and plugin development
• IIQ Installation, set up and initial configuration/ upgradation to different versions of IIQ, Standard service build set up and configuration
• Professional IT certifications are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
