• Experience in IAM design and deployment.
• Familiarity with SailPoint ISC and IAM tooling.
• Knowledge of REST, SCIM, JSON, XML.
• Proficiency in integrating auth sources and identity lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• 3-7 years of experience in ISC-based IAM design and deployment.
• Configure and manage SailPoint ISC tenant, including virtual appliances for cloud/on-prem connectivity.
• Integrate auth sources and create identity profiles with transforms.
• Manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes for identity lifecycle.
• Develop workflows and forms for access requests and reviews.
• Write and maintain Cloud Rules using Java/BeanShell.
• Build connectors for AD, Azure AD, Workday, Web Services, JDBC.
• Work with SailPoint REST APIs for bulk operations and integrations (Jira, ServiceNow).
• Demonstrate understanding of JSON, XML, REST/SOAP, SCIM.
• Stay updated on ISC modules and CIEM/A I enhancements.
• SailPoint engineer certification is preferred.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for consultants in the cyber security team to work on various Identity and Access Management projects for our customers across the globe. Also, the professional shall need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with the leadership/management on a timely basis

As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team this position will contribute towards execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, implementation and adoption of secrets management, management of machine identities and definition of access policies that meet their needs and are in line with overall IAM Program.

Your Key Responsibilities

• 3-7 years of experience in designing and deploying ISC-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
• Configure and manage SailPoint ISC tenant, including deployment of Virtual Appliances for secure connectivity between cloud and on-premises environments
• Integrate of different auth sources and create identity profiles with transforms.
• Manage identity lifecycle through Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes.
• Develop workflows and custom forms for access requests and access review modules.
• Write and maintain Cloud Rules using Java/BeanShell for complex attribute transformations.
• Build and configure connectors for systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, Web Services, and JDBC.
• Work with SailPoint REST APIs for bulk operations, custom reporting, and external integrations (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Demonstrate strong understanding of JSON, XML, REST/SOAP, and SCIM protocols.
• Stay updated on latest ISC modules and functionalities such as AI and CIEM.
• Sailpoint engineer certification is preferred
