Job summary

EY-Cyber Security-IAM SailPoint IIQ Manager in Bengaluru seeks senior IAM professional to lead IIQ-based identity governance implementations for global clients. You will shape IAM roadmaps, oversee deployments, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in designing and deploying IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
• Ability to drive IGA projects including project management, team management, client management.
• Experience in implementing a complete IAM SDLC from requirements to deployment and support.
• Must have hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration and deployment.
• Experience in identity/profile configuration, transform/rule development, workflow configuration, JML and password sync.
• Experience onboarding AD, JDBC and web services to IIQ/IDN; deployment of virtual appliances and cloud/VA HA/DR.
• Configuration and deployment of IQService in cloud and on-prem environments; integration with ServiceNow and CyberArk.
• IIQ installation, setup and upgrade to different versions; familiarity with standard service build and configuration.
• Professional IT certifications are a plus; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy IIQ-based IAM solutions for client environments.
• Lead IGA projects including planning, execution and client management.
• Oversee complete IAM SDLC activities from requirements to deployment and support.
• Work with SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture with configuration, testing and integration.
• Configure identity profiles, transformations, workflows, JML, and password synchronization.
• Onboard applications (AD, JDBC, web services) to IIQ/IDN and manage VA/cloud deployments.
• Deploy IQService in cloud and on-prem environments; ensure high availability and DR.
• Develop and integrate service accounts management, integrations with ServiceNow and CyberArk.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for consultants in the cyber security team to work on various Identity and Access Management projects for our customers across the globe. Also, the professional shall need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with the leadership/management on a timely basis

As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team this position will contribute towards execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, implementation and adoption of secrets management, management of machine identities and definition of access policies that meet their needs and are in line with overall IAM Program.

Your Key Responsibilities

• 7-10 years of experience in designing and deploying IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions
• Ability to drive IGA projects including project management, team management, client management.
• Should have experience in implementing at least one complete IAM SDLC engagements projects. This must include activities such as requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and application support
• Must have experience in SailPoint IIQ & IDN architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.
• Must have experience in source/ Identity profile configuration, transform/rule development, workflow configuration, JML process and certification, Password sync.
• Must have experience in onboarding AD, JDBC and web service applications to IIQ/IDN
• Must have experience in deployment of virtual appliance, understanding different VA architecture, deploy rules in cloud/VA, High availability/DR configuration
• Configuration and deployment of IQService in cloud and on-prem environments
• Must have hands on experience in configuring quick link, custom work flow, reports, developing service account management modules, integration with other tools like Service Now, CyberArk etc and plugin development
• IIQ Installation, set up and initial configuration/ upgradation to different versions of IIQ, Standard service build set up and configuration
• Professional IT certifications are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
