Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd seeks an Associate Director to lead the OT/IoT/IIoT security competency within Cyber Architecture. You will define strategic plans, grow business across Americas, EMEIA, APAC, and ensure service quality while shaping delivery capabilities and workforce metrics.

The role requires senior leadership to build scalable security solutions, draft state-of-work, and guide partnerships, with a focus on OT/IoT security governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 17 years of overall experience in OT/IoT/IIoT domains.
• 15+ years in architecture, engineering, implementation and ops of OT/IoT/IIoT systems.
• 6+ years assessing and operating security controls for OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement go-to-market plans for OT/IoT/IIoT Security with EY network.
• Build new OT/IoT/IIoT security solutions in collaboration with Global Cybersecurity leaders.
• Develop delivery capabilities and manage CI metrics and career growth.

EY- Cybersecurity CAOE Competency Lead - Technology Consulting – Associate Director (AD)

As a competency leader for our Cyber Architecture, OT & Engineering competency, you will be responsibility for growing the business encompassing Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Internet of Things (IoT) Security, while also ensuring that business operation metrics are met for the competency.

The opportunity

We are looking for a AD to lead our AEET – OT/IoT/IIoT competency. This would involve creation and implementation of a short, medium and long term strategies for the competency to achieve business growth, meet operational metrics, manage and grow careers for AEET – OT/IoT/IIoT professionals, and meet service delivery and quality standards.

Your key responsibilities

Reporting to the Executive Director - Cybersecurity and will be responsible for:

• Defining, developing and implementing strategic go-to-market plans for OT/IoT/IIoT Security in collaboration with local EY member firms in Americas, EMEIA and APAC.
• Defining, developing and implementing initiatives to build new OT/IoT/IIoT Security solutions in collaboration with EY Global Cybersecurity leaders.
• Building delivery capabilities to support existing and planned services and solutions.
• Management of competency operational metrics such as utilization, productivity, bench as well as people metrics such as retention, diversity, learning & certifications etc.
• Own end-to-end sales opportunity qualification and pursuit, including drafting RFP responses, proposal defence during Orals, drafting State of Work (SoW) leveraging expertise in scoping, solutioning and costing for OT/IoT/IIoT security solutions.
• Support and drive the overall growth strategy for the Cybersecurity practice as part of the leadership team.
• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for partnerships and acquisitions.
• Develop and rollout branding and marketing strategy including items such as solution brochures, sales videos, thought leadership, community engagement etc.
• Inspire and motivate direct and in-direct reporting professionals while fostering an environment of collaboration and participation.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• At least 17 years of overall experience
• At least 15 years experience in architecture, engineering, implementation and operations OT/IoT/IIoT systems and at least 6 years of experience in assessing, implementing and operating security controls for these environments.
• Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• MBA (Good to have)

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Expertise in solution development, implementation and operation of SCADA, IC ad DCS systems.
• Expertise in product security and solutions for connected product security.
• Experience in OT/IT system integration and security architecture.
• Deep sector expertise in industries including Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Advanced Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards including NERC CIP, IEC 62443, NIST 800-82 and application of the same.
• Knowledge on IAM / SOC / Pen Testing in OT with understanding of OT processes, architecture
• Implementation experience of Identities , authorization , entitlements on OT environments
• ISA/IEC 62443 Expert*
• GIAC Critical Infrastructure Protection (GCIP)
• GIAC Response and Industrial Defense (GRID)
• OSCP (CREST Certified)
