Job summary

EY is hiring a Manager – Agentic AI Security Architect in Bengaluru to design and operationalize agentic AI and multi‑agent systems for enterprise cybersecurity. You will lead secure AI architectures, build autonomous agents and integrate LLMs with critical enterprise systems.

Ideal candidate has deep software and AI/ML experience, strong Python skills, and a proven track record in cybersecurity domains such as IAM, SIEM and SOAR, with cloud exposure across GCP, Azure or AWS.

Qualifications

• 9+ years experience in software engineering, AI/ML or data science.
• 6+ years hands‑on experience building agentic AI or multi‑agent systems.
• Strong Python skills and experience with LLM APIs, RAG and vector databases.
• Experience with cybersecurity domains such as IAM, SIEM, SOAR.
• Cloud experience with GCP, Azure or AWS.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect secure agent‑based AI systems including multi‑agent orchestration and RAG pipelines.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen and MCP.
• Build autonomous reasoning, planning and tool‑using AI agents.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems via secure APIs.
• Lead development of enterprise agentic AI platforms and reusable frameworks.
• Establish MLOps, observability, CI/CD and agent lifecycle governance.
• Apply AI and analytics to cybersecurity data from SIEM, IAM and SOAR platforms.
