Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a tax compliance professional to manage GST and direct tax obligations, including monthly GST returns, IGST refunds, and input tax credit reviews. The role involves coordinating with auditors, preparing data for replies to GST authorities, and supporting tax litigation matters.

Strong knowledge of SAP, GST law, and IND AS is preferred. Candidates should be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance under Direct Taxes, GST and other indirect tax laws.
• Monthly GST Return Review, IGST Refund Application & Related Compliance.
• Review of GSTR 2A Reconciliation & Compliance, Review of Input Credit in GST Return.
• Responsible for data preparation & Draft reply to various GST authority, Coordination With Auditor (Internal & Statutory Auditor).
• Provide assistance in preparation of tax audit clauses related to GST.
• Provide necessary support in litigation matters related to custom & GST.
• SAP, GST Law, Accounting (IND AS) , Excel & Power Point presentation.
