Job summary

BPM India Advisory Service Private Limited, a subsidiary of BPM LLP, seeks a tax professional with 4+ years of public accounting experience focusing on Partnership Taxation. You will provide tax compliance and consulting to clients across real estate, crypto, venture capital, and private equity spaces.

You will supervise associates, advance technical tax knowledge, and guide junior staff while delivering high-quality services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in public accounting with emphasis in Partnership Taxation.
• Degree in Accounting or related field (Master's degree a plus).
• Participate in tax research about complex tax issues.
• Exposure to a variety of entities and industries.
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates proactive thinking.
• Experience developing and training associate level professionals

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients in the Real-estate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, and Private Equity space.
• Work with clients to minimize their federal, state, and local tax liability.
• Supervise tax associates' assignments and managing the day-to-day delivery of tax compliance / consulting services to the client.
• Develop and motivate tax associates by providing them with counselling, leadership and career guidance.
