Pankaj Somaiya & Associates LLP in Burhanpur/Indore invites an experienced Tax Filing & Audit Manager to lead taxation engagements for individuals, partnerships, and companies. You will drive GST and Income Tax compliance, oversee audits, and guide a team of 5–6 professionals with a client-centric approach.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, CA/CA Inter/B.Com with relevant experience, and strong leadership, Excel expertise, and proficiency with GST portals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation.
• Hands-on experience with GST and Income Tax Portals.
• CA / CA Inter / B.Com with relevant experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Awareness and practical usage of AI Tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.).
• Ability to manage and guide a team of 5–6 members.

Responsibilities

• Filing of Income Tax Returns (Individual, Partnership Firms & Companies).
• GST Compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C.
• TDS Return Filing, Reconciliation & Compliance Management.
• Management of Tax Audits (44AB, 44AD).
• Bank Audit Support, Documentation & Compliance Support.
• Client Coordination, Query Resolution & Relationship Management.
• Reviewing team work and ensuring timely completion of assignments.
