Job summary

CA Monk in Bengaluru is hiring qualified Chartered Accountants with 0–2 years of Direct Tax/Corporate Tax experience to join our client-focused practice.

You will work on corporate tax advisory, tax memos, representations before tax authorities, and assist with audits and compliance, gaining hands-on exposure in a fast-paced, risk-aware environment.

Qualifications

• CA with 0–2 years in Direct Tax/Corporate Tax.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Client relationship management abilities.
• Exposure to Direct Tax/Corporate Tax.
• Exposure to Corporate Law, FEMA or SEBI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate tax advisory and client mandates.
• Research tax laws, case laws and circulars.
• Prepare tax memos, presentations and client submissions.
• Assist with scrutiny assessments, rectifications, stays and appeals.
• Support representation before tax authorities.
• Assist in tax provisioning and audit finalization.
