Job summary

Job description

we are seeking a motivated B.Com/M.Com graduate with a strong command of Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime to join us as a Tally Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, designing course curriculum, and guiding students and professionals through practical accounting applications using Tally.

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Tally Prime, Tally ERP 9, Goods and Services Tax (GST), TDS, payroll management, and basic accounting principles.
• Simplify complex accounting concepts for students and entry-level learners.
• Design, update, and maintain training materials, assignments, and practical assessment modules.
• Evaluate student progress through regular tests and practical lab sessions, providing constructive feedback.
• Guide learners on real-world accounting scenarios, data entry shortcuts, and financial reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in TallyPrime and Tally ERP 9. Certification in Tally is highly preferred.
• Knowledge Base: Strong foundational understanding of financial accounting, taxation (GST, TDS), and statutory compliance.
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in accounting or as a Tally instructor. Freshers with exceptional Tally skills and a passion for teaching are welcome to apply.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage a classroom or online training setup.
