Job summary

Nestlé in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Talent Attraction Team Lead to shape and drive our Talent Attraction and Employer Branding agenda. You will translate business priorities into integrated attraction strategies, build sustainable pipelines, and create engaging candidate experiences.

You will lead a Talent Attraction team, partnering with HR, Communications and business leaders to deliver recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding campaigns.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Attraction Lead to shape and drive our Talent Attraction and Employer Branding agenda. In this leadership role, you will translate business and workforce priorities into integrated attraction strategies that strengthen our employer brand, build sustainable talent pipelines and create engaging candidate experiences.

You will lead and develop a Talent Attraction team while partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications and business leaders to deliver impactful recruitment marketing initiatives, employer branding campaigns and talent attraction programs. This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic leadership, creativity, digital marketing expertise and talent insights to influence how candidates experience and connect with our organization.

A day in the life of the Talent Attraction Team Lead

You will:

• Develop and execute talent attraction and employer branding strategies aligned with business, workforce and organizational priorities.
• Lead the talent attraction portfolio, establish priorities and ensure effective delivery across multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications and business leaders to translate talent needs into scalable and impactful attraction solutions.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Talent Attraction team, building capability and fostering continuous growth.
• Create a collaborative and inclusive culture focused on innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns for key talent segments, including experienced professionals and early-career talent.
• Lead content and channel strategies across career websites, LinkedIn, social media platforms, candidate relationship management tools and employee advocacy programs.
• Manage campaign plans, budgets, agencies, vendors and multiple concurrent projects.
• Establish measurement frameworks and dashboards to evaluate reach, engagement, conversion, talent quality and return on investment.
• Leverage talent market intelligence, candidate research and employer brand insights to identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
• Represent the organization at employer branding, industry, university and career events.
• Ensure alignment with employer branding standards, governance requirements and best practices.

What will make you successful

• Experience in Talent Attraction, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams, including coaching, performance management and capability building.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex talent attraction strategies and campaigns within a matrixed environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, vendors and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, content strategy, employee advocacy and analytics.
• Ability to translate data and market insights into actionable recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of evolving talent market trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
