Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage end‑to‑end recruitment for IT, software, and technology roles. Good communication skills.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels: job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update ATS records and recruitment dashboards.
  • Stay current with market trends, compensation insights, and talent intelligence.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT/Software/Tech sectors.
  • Proven ability to hire across a range of roles—developers, engineers, architects, product managers, etc.
  • Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Boolean search.
  • Familiarity with modern HR/recruitment tools (ATS, CRM, scheduling tools).
