Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, based in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates across four key business verticals: Sales and Marketing, Operations and Maintenance of fuel stations, Project business, and Manufacturing. The role requires a strategic thinker who can partner with business leaders and HR to identify talent needs and ensure the acquisition of top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for positions in Sales & Marketing, Operations & Maintenance, Project business, and Manufacturing plant.
  2. Leverage various platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, campus recruitment and employee referrals to source skilled workforce.
  3. Work collaboratively with department leaders and HR team to understand manpower requirements, role specifications, and business needs.
  4. Write Job Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  5. Promote the company as an employer of choice in the Oil and Gas sectors by leveraging social media, recruitment marketing, and other innovative strategies.
  6. Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Provide regular reports, analysis, and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
  7. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical roles across all verticals.
  8. Ensure the recruitment process complies with local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience
  1. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the oil and gas industry (operations & maintenance) or manufacturing industry.
  3. Experience on high-volume hiring as well as niche roles.
  4. Previous experience with the multi-product, multi-licational company in the oil and gas or related manufacturing companies would be an advantage.
  5. Knowledge and understanding of best hiring practices in India with good understanding of labor laws.
  6. Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition trends.
  7. Previous working experience on applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software/HRMS.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
  1. Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal.
  2. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  3. Excellent skills on Excel, PowerPoint and other MS office tools.
