Role - Astt Manager / Manager - Talent Acquisition

Sector: Solar Renewable Energy Sector - Solar Module / Solar Panel Mfg Industry only.

Those from O&M in Solar Energy Power Plants (Ground Mounted) may also get considered.

Those working in Placement / Head Hunting Companies engaged in TA for Solar Module Mfg Companies can also apply.

Experience: 8 years to 15 years

Qualification: MBA in HR (Full time / Part Time)

Location: Near Sector 18, Noida.

5 days working Week schedule.

It's Corporate Office Role: The role requires hiring Talents for all Corporate Office / Regional Sales Roles.

Plant HR-TA team takes care of junior roles for mfg roles at the plant level.

Key Accountability
  • Major focus is to hire with the support of Corporate HR Team with little or no outside support.
