Ekarth ventures is spearheading the incubation of various fintech start-ups, actively seeking skilled individuals to infuse fresh insights and elevate the performance of our tech platforms.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with the drive and acumen to identify and onboard high-performing professionals. Your focus will be to recruit Wealth Managers, Chartered Accountants, and Independent Partners who will work on a commission or incentive model, requiring both a sales mindset and recruitment intuition. This is a role for closers who can convert interest into onboarding and build networks that compound over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment for both full-time and commission-based partners (Wealth Managers, CAs, IFAs, etc.).
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard candidates who can generate business and maintain long-term commitment.
  • Apply a sales and negotiation mindset to recruitment to identify serious, goal-driven talent.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of commission-based professionals using digital platforms and referrals.
  • Use multiple channels: LinkedIn, AngelList, Naukri, Indeed, Telegram, etc. for outreach and candidate engagement.
  • Track closures, maintain dashboards, and report weekly outcomes.
  • Collaborate with founders and business development teams to match manpower needs with business goals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in talent acquisition, sales recruitment, or channel development.
  • Strong deal-closing ability and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with digital hiring platforms and sourcing tools.
