Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for C2H IT roles only
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (JD understanding to offer closure)
  • Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong C2H talent pipeline
  • Work extensively on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment (C2H mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of C2H hiring models
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
