Job summary

HexaHealth in Gurugram is seeking an Executive - Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end hiring processes and help attract top talent. You will source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews across teams.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience and a graduate degree, with working days at 5.5 per week. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, discreet, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring cycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
• Talent Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others; screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication across all levels.
• Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Ensure a seamless candidate experience and support initiatives to strengthen the employer brand.
• Reporting & Talent Pipeline: Maintain ATS records, prepare recruitment reports, and build a strong talent pipeline for future roles.
