Job summary

Qualifications

• Mandatory skills include Tableau, SQL data querying, D3.js visualizations.
• Experience in designing enterprise dashboards and analytics reports.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and BI reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable BI and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, QlikView, MicroStrategy, Sisense, Sigma BI, or Dundas.
• Define reporting architecture, dashboard frameworks, and visualization standards.
• Lead development of enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and analytics reporting.
• Design and optimize SQL-based reporting and data transformation processes.
• Drive Data Warehousing (DWH) reporting initiatives and define data structures.
• Develop advanced visualizations with D3.js for complex analytics.
• Mentor team members on BI platforms, dashboard development, SQL optimization, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable BI and reporting solutions using one of the tool Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, QlikView, MicroStrategy, Sisense, Sigma BI, or Dundas.
• Define reporting architecture, dashboard frameworks, and visualization standards aligned with business objectives.
• Lead development of enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reporting solutions.
• Design and optimize SQL-based reporting and data transformation processes to improve performance and scalability.
• Drive Data Warehousing (DWH) reporting initiatives by defining reporting data structures and consumption strategies.
• Design and optimize enterprise reporting solutions using SSRS, SAP BusinessObjects, Web Intelligence, Information Design Tool, Cognos, or Crystal Reports.
• Define visualization best practices and user experience standards for dashboard and analytics development.
• Develop advanced and customized visualizations using D3.js to address complex analytical requirements.
• Establish data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes to improve reporting accuracy.
• Review reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to ensure adherence to engineering and visualization standards.
• Troubleshoot complex reporting, performance, and data quality issues through detailed root cause analysis.
• Mentor team members on BI platforms, dashboard development, SQL optimization, and visualization best practices.
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to support end-to-end analytics solution delivery.
• Demonstrates strong ownership while driving BI and analytics excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with various teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
