Job summary

Capgemini India seeks an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Temenos T24 Wealth Management to drive requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design.

You will work across Agile and Waterfall delivery models, creating user stories, ensuring traceability, and coordinating with technical teams to implement client needs. UAT leadership and regulatory compliance focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Create BRDs and FSDs with clear traceability and sign-off.
• Configure and tailor Temenos T24 Wealth Management modules.
• Design solutions for corporate actions, capital gains, and related processes.
• Lead UAT and data mapping for migration projects.

Requirement Gathering Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform AS-IS and TO-BE assessments to support system enhancements and migration initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).

Temenos T24 Functional Expertise (Wealth Management)

• Possess strong functional expertise in Wealth Management modules, including Securities, Corporate Actions, Capital Gains, Derivatives, Structured Products, Money Market (MM), Foreign Exchange (FX), SWIFT, and Regulatory Reporting (e.g., MiFID).
• Configure and tailor T24 modules to align with client-specific business needs.
• Design and implement solutions covering corporate actions processing, capital gains, trailer fees, safekeeping charges, and reconciliation workflows.

Project Delivery

• Operate within Agile and Waterfall delivery models, creating user stories and ensuring end-to-end requirement traceability.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of business requirements.
• Facilitate walkthroughs, workshops, and whiteboard sessions with stakeholders.

Testing Validation

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases and validate system configurations.
• Perform data mapping and analysis for migration and transformation projects.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and operational standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a key liaison between business and technology teams.
• Provide consistent project updates and proactively manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
