Job summary

Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice in Pan India seeks an experienced Associate Director/Manager – AI Data Center MEP Design Manager to lead the design and engineering of next‑generation AI-focused Tier IV data centers. You will drive end-to-end MEP design strategy to ensure resilience, scalability, and energy efficiency in high‑density AI environments.

Responsibilities include AI data center infrastructure design, MEP design, HVAC systems for high‑density cooling, and robust power

Qualifications

• Minimum 9-15 years in data center design, with recent hands-on involvement.
• Strong expertise in mechanical systems (cooling, HVAC for high-density environments).
• Electrical systems (power distribution, backup systems).
• Experience with AI/HPC workloads and high-density data centers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Professional certifications preferred: Uptime Institute (ATD/ATS).
