Job summary

You will also automate tasks using Python, Shell, and Ansible, while coordinating with ServiceNow and Jira for incident management.

Qualifications

• Experienced Middleware Administrator with hands-on expertise across major middleware platforms.
• Installation, configuration, deployment, patching, and performance tuning of middleware services.
• SSL certificate management, load balancing, and 24x7 production support.
• Strong troubleshooting and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer middleware servers and web servers.
• Deploy applications and perform server maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
• Monitor server health, performance, and availability.
• Manage SSL certificates, load balancing, and high-availability configurations.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and provide L2/L3 support.
• Support API management, message queues, and middleware integrations.
• Automate tasks using Shell scripting, Python, and Ansible.
• Work with ServiceNow, Jira, and GitLab for incident and change management.
• Maintain documentation and support disaster recovery activities.
• Experience supporting production environments with 24x7 operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Middleware Administrator / Middleware Engineer

Professional Summary

Experienced Middleware Administrator with x+ years of experience in managing and supporting middleware technologies including WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, Java Web Server, JBoss, and IIS. Skilled in installation, configuration, application deployments, patching, performance tuning, SSL certificate management, troubleshooting, and production support. The role includes management of web servers, application servers, API gateways, message queues, SSL certificates, load balancers, and middleware infrastructure in a 24x7 support environment.

Key Responsibilities
