Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage certificate lifecycle and secure key handling practices using industry‑standard tools such as DigiCert, Keyfactor, or HashiCorp Vault.
• Communicate with end users and application owners to ensure timely certificate/key renewals via Slack, Teams, and email.
• Coordinate with various cross‑functional teams and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Participate in handover calls and collaborate with internal teams across different time zones.
• Engage in change and incident management while adhering to all required processes and guidelines.
• Work within a sprint/agile‑based framework, focusing on APIs and coding tasks.
• Provide on‑call support and interact daily with the Product Development team.
