Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Systems Analyst for Functional Payables (Oracle Fusion) in Hyderabad with a hybrid schedule and a second shift. The role focuses on configuring Oracle Cloud Payables, handling integrations, and ensuring end-to-end payment processes across modules.

The candidate should have up to 3 years in Oracle Fusion Payables, up to 6 years overall experience, and strong analytical skills. Experience with BI/OTBI and integration tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Payables from a support perspective.
• Total experience up to 6 years in relevant areas.
• Deep understanding of Payables module in Cloud ERP with cross-module exposure.
• Ability to configure SLA rules and BPM workflows.
• Experience with end-to-end payments.
• Experience with BI and OTBI reports preferred.
• Experience integrating with Vertex and Kyriba preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional designs and propose Oracle Cloud features.
• Configure and customize Oracle Cloud applications; collaborate on integrations and data migration.
• Perform SIT, UAT, and regression testing to ensure solution meets needs.
• Develop training materials and documentation; maintain FAQs and process guides.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot integrations (OIC).
• Advocate SaaS best practices, data privacy, and standard configurations.

Job Responsibilities

A Systems Analyst is an individual contributor on consulting projects and is primarily responsible for conducting secondary (i.e., analytically and scientifically based) research and supporting the creation of high-quality project materials and client deliverables. Expectations include the ability to structure and complete individual project tasks on time and communicate proactively and effectively with team members and project management.

Location/ Shift: This role will work a hybrid work schedule. Candidates should be available to work 2- 3 days a week in our Hyderabad, India office space. The work shift will be 2 pm- 11 pm IST.

Core Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Meet with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements.
• Solution Design: Translate business needs into functional designs, recommending Oracle Cloud features to improve efficiency (e.g., HCM, Financials, SCM modules).
• Configuration & Implementation: Set up, configure, and customize Oracle Cloud applications, working with technical teams for integrations and data migration.
• Testing & Validation: Perform SIT, UAT, and regression testing to ensure the solution meets specifications and business needs.
• Training & Documentation: Develop training materials, conduct sessions, and maintain FAQs, process guides, and functional designs.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve functional issues, troubleshoot integrations (OIC), support updates, and act as the "voice of the user".
• Best Practices: Champion SaaS best practices, ensuring data privacy and compliance, and promoting efficient, standard configurations.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Up to 3 years of experience working in Oracle Fusion Payables area from support standpoint
• Overall experience: Up to 6 years in relevant areas.
• Deep understanding of core Payables module of Cloud ERP with cross module experience with other SCM and financial modules
• Ability to configure SLA rules, workflow configurations with BPM
• Experience with payments end to end.
• Experience with BI and OTBI reports is preferred
• Experience in integrating with Vertex, Kyriba is preferred
• Should have right attitude to work across functional teams with full accountability
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to interact with clients and teams.
• Project Lifecycle: Experience with full implementation cycles (Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Go-Live, Support).
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio) and understanding of data/logs.
