Position Summary

Fluency in English. Ability to analyze business operations and design automated solutions. Strong human‑relations, communication, planning, and organizational skills. Experience designing Salesforce solutions is a must. Candidate must understand Salesforce concepts like configuration, automation flows, validation rules, roles/profiles, integrations/APIs, reporting, and dashboards. Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) preferred.

Familiarity with Salesforce data management tools, sandboxes, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ability to present and communicate effectively with management stakeholders. Ability to collaborate with system users and technical development teams to translate needs into actionable user stories. Ability to create, read, and interpret system documentation. Strong problem‑solving skills in process automation. Demonstrated business impact from prior work.
