You will ensure delivery performance in terms of utilization, on-time delivery, quality, cost, safety, and compliance while fostering strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration. You will build capabilities for future business growth through strategic workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, leadership development, and technology adoption. You will work closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure effective execution of business objectives and continuous improvement of engineering delivery.
