System Security Manager

Job summary

DMart is seeking an experienced information security leader to oversee risk, governance and cyber operations within its Thane, India operations. You will drive security strategy, manage a team, and ensure alignment with business goals while protecting critical assets.

The role requires deep knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27000) and hands-on experience with SIEM, vulnerability management, and cloud security. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Security Risk, Information Security, Cyber Operations, or Cyber Risk Oversight.
• Experience developing and managing a security metrics program.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27000, NIST, CSA frameworks.
• Technical knowledge of security tech (Endpoint protection, Data Protection, Cloud Security) and capabilities (SIEM, SOC, Vulnerability Management, Threat intelligence).
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to translate ideas into practical implementation.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships including team members, vendors and partners.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to present and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audience.
• Ability to provide technical and professional leadership, guidance, and training to others.

• Configure and maintain the networked computer system, including hardware, system software (OS), BIOS etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Considerable experience managing one or more of the following domains; IT Security Risk, Information Security, Cyber Operations and/or Cyber Risk Oversight

• Strong knowledge of main Information Security standards and framework (NIST series, ISO 27000 series, CSA, etc.)


• Basic technical knowledge and experience on security technologies (like Endpoint protection, Data Protection, Cloud Security, etc.) and on cyber security capabilities (SIEM, SOC, Vulnerability Management, Threat intelligence etc.)
