As Debug Lead in the Embedded Engineering Group, you will lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of silicon debug activities for next-generation embedded SoCs. You will be responsible for driving the identification, triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex silicon, platform, and system-level issues across product development phases. Working closely with architecture, design, validation, firmware, BIOS, software, and product engineering teams, you will ensure rapid issue closure while enabling high-quality, on-time product launches. This is a highly visible technical leadership role requiring deep debug expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and strong execution skills.
A successful candidate is a hands-on technical leader with a passion for solving complex problems and driving teams through ambiguous and challenging debug scenarios. The individual must possess strong silicon and platform debug expertise, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams toward timely issue resolution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance multiple high-priority issues simultaneously, communicates effectively with engineering and executive stakeholders, and demonstrates a relentless focus on product quality, customer success, and operational excellence
