Qualifications

• Proficiency in EKL, VB, C#, and scripting for automation.
• Experience with ASFALIS Elysium Converter, XPDM, and CAD data migration.
• Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, and SourceTree.
• Certifications in 3DEXPERIENCE (e.g., Solution Architect, Infrastructure Consultant) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE native apps including DELMIA and CATIA.
• Troubleshoot issues logged in ServiceNow within defined SLA metrics.
• Support change management and BOM processes.

The impact you’ll make

Join Lam as a Delmia System Analyst within Virtual Manufacturing team. You would work with Dassault Systèms' 3DEXPERIENCE platform, particularly in supporting and customizing DELMIA, CATIA, and related PLM tools.

In this role, you will directly provide t echnical support, manage deployments, develop customizations, maintain infrastructure and ensure seamless integration of digital manufacturing solutions across the enterprise. .

What you’ll do

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE native applications including DELMIA, CATIA, and associated infrastructure components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues logged in ServiceNow within defined SLA metrics (P1/P2/P3/P4).
• Support change management, and BOM management processes.
• Develop and maintain EKL scripts, VBA macros, CAA customizations, and automation scripts (PowerShell, Batch, C#).
• ManageMulti site FCS, DSLS, 3DIndex, 3DPassport, and FTS (Master/Slave Configuration) servers for optimal performance and uptime.
• Administer user accounts, license assignments, and centralized settings using Member Management.
• Collaborate with DS Support/R&D and User teams to raise and follow up on SRs/CRITSITs, test debug kits, and deploy pinpoint fixes.
• Create and maintain documentation including KT guides, training materials, and best practices.

Who we’re looking for

• Atleast 4+ years of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE platform support, especially with DELMIAandCATIA.
• Strong knowledge of PLM concepts, digital manufacturing, process planning and Work instruction generation.
• Proficiency in EKL, VB, C#, and scripting for automation.
• Experience with ASFALIS Elysium Converter, XPDM, and CAD data migration.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, and SourceTree.
• Certifications in 3DEXPERIENCE (Solution Architect, Infrastructure Consultant, etc.) are a strong plus.
