Experience and skills:

• 3+ years of business systems experience including system requirements, systems help desk, systems training, business process design, technical documentation, or Agile/Scrum project delivery.

• Strong human‑relations, communication, planning, and organizational skills

Technical responsibilities:

SQL query development, Power BI dashboard development, PBI Report Builder paginated report development, Oracle AR database experience preferred, using AI tools for optimization, advanced PowerPoint

• Ability to present and communicate effectively with management stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate with system users and technical development teams to translate needs into actionable user stories
• Ability to create, read, and interpret system documentation
