Inspire Institute of Sport is looking to hire Swimming Coaches in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swimming Coaches to support the coaching team at the High Performance Center. The coach will assist in delivering structured training programs, monitoring swimmer development, and maintaining a positive, disciplined, and athlete-centered training environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coaching & Athlete Development:

• Assist senior coaches in delivering daily swimming training sessions.
• Supervise and coach swimmers during water and dry-land training.
• Support the development of technical skills across all four strokes, starts, turns, and finishes.
• Monitor attendance, training performance, and athlete progression.
• Assist with competition preparation and race analysis.
• Promote discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior among swimmers.
• Build positive relationships with athletes, parents, and staff.
• Support swimmer welfare and ensure a safe training environment.
• Assist in talent identification and athlete retention initiatives.

3. Competition & Event Support:

• Attend competitions, training camps, and program activities as required.
• Assist with meet entries, warm-ups, race preparation, and post-race feedback.
• Support internal competitions and team-building activities.

4. Administration & Reporting:

• Maintain training records and attendance data.
• Assist in collecting performance metrics and testing results.
• Submit reports and feedback to senior coaching staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Sports Coaching Swimming/Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education.
• Recognized swimming coaching certification by (SAI, SFI, ASCA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 - 10 years of coaching experience.
• Good understanding of competitive swimming techniques and training principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and competitions.
