Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Developer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications for a US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform. This role focuses on ASP.NET Core, MVC, C#, full-stack development, and integration with AI/ML, GenAI, and RPA workflows. You will work on Claims, Prior Authorization, Scheduling, Coding, Collections, Payments, Denials, AR, and EDI modules, developing secure, maintainable, and high-quality software under the guidance of senior developers. You will collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Data, AI/ML, RPA, DevOps, and Compliance teams, gaining exposure to full-stack, cloud-native, and intelligent automation technologies.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Application Development & Full-Stack Engineering:
- Assist in developing web applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, Blazor, C#, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript (React/Angular).
- Support API development (REST/GraphQL) for internal and external integrations.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following software development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization under senior developer guidance.
AI/ML & Automation Enablement:
- Support integration of AI/ML, GenAI, and RPA workflows within software applications.
- Assist in creating endpoints and interfaces for predictive analytics and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with teams to implement automation and intelligent workflow features.
Cloud & DevOps Collaboration:
- Gain hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless or containerized architectures.
- Work with DevOps teams to understand CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and monitoring.
- Implement basic security and compliance standards in code and deployments.
Data, Analytics & Big Data Integration:
- Assist in integrating applications with databases, warehouses, and analytics platforms (SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift).
- Support data pipelines for real-time and batch processing, enabling AI/ML and operational insights.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and secure data access as guided by senior developers.
Testing, Quality & Documentation:
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests for assigned modules.
- Document code, API endpoints, and technical specifications.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning, providing updates on assigned tasks.
Collaboration & Mentorship:
- Collaborate with UI/UX, AI/ML, RPA, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver aligned solutions.
- Receive mentorship from senior developers and team leads to grow technical and domain expertise.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and adherence to coding standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in software development, preferably with ASP.NET Core, MVC, or C#.
- Familiarity with full-stack frameworks (React/Angular), REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications.
- Exposure to AI/ML integration, RPA, or automation workflows is a plus.
- Understanding of Healthcare RCM workflows and EDI transactions is preferred but not mandatory.

- Testing & Quality: Unit testing, integration testing, basic TDD
- Security & Compliance Awareness: HIPAA, SOC 2, RBAC, secure coding practices
