Role Summary:
You are the dual‑threat leader responsible for both the "Strategy" and the "Factory." You will sit with the Client Board to design AI‑driven care models and then lead the 1,200‑person team to build the ETL pipelines and Dashboards that deliver them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Architecture: Design and own the roadmap for integrating EMR, HIS, and External Payer Data into a centralized analytics hub.
- Delivery Execution: Manage the daily throughput of teams using Talend, Informatica, and SQL to ensure data quality and timeliness.
- Tech‑Enabled Operations: Drive the adoption of Power Automate and Custom Scripts to reduce manual effort in RCM and Claims processing.
- Security & Risk: Act as the ultimate owner for data privacy, ensuring the entire GCC operates within a HIPAA‑compliant cloud with MFA and Encryption.
Required Technical & Functional Skills:
1. Healthcare Data Domain:
- Mastery of the data flow across EMR, HIS, LIS, RIS/PACS, and Billing Systems (ERP).
- Experience leveraging External Data Sources (Claims, Payer Data, Public Health) for broader insights.
2. Analytics & Tech Stack:
- Storage & Compute: Proven experience managing deliveries on Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, or AWS Redshift.
- Transformation: Familiarity with ETL workflows using Talend, Informatica, or Power Automate.
- Visualization: Ability to guide dashboard design on Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- AI/ML: Conceptual understanding of Python, R, and TensorFlow models for predictive analytics.
3. Compliance:
- Expertise in HIPAA regulations, AES‑256 encryption, and RBAC implementation in a global delivery model.
You will serve as the strategic architect for the client's digital future. You will advise the Board on how to leverage AI/ML and Big Data to create "Smart Hospitals." You are not fixing bugs; you are designing the roadmap for how Patient Data flows from an EMR into a Predictive Model to save lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Strategy: Define the "Future State" architecture, advising the client on migrating legacy silos into modern Data Lakes (Azure/Snowflake) for unified analytics.
- AI & Innovation: Lead the strategy for AI‑enabled Healthcare, utilizing Python/TensorFlow capabilities to drive predictive outcomes in patient care and RCM.
- Interoperability: Design frameworks that integrate disparate data sources EMR, LIS, RIS, and Wearables to create a 360‑degree patient view.
- Value Creation: Demonstrate to the C‑Suite how Visualizations (PowerBI/Tableau) can unlock millions in revenue and operational efficiency.
Required Technical Knowledge (Strategic Level):
- Digital Health Ecosystems: Deep strategic knowledge of EMR, HIS, LIS, and PACS interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR).
- Advanced Analytics: Ability to guide valid use‑cases for AI/ML (Python, R, TensorFlow) in a clinical setting.
- Modern Data Architecture: Experience advising on cloud transformations involving Snowflake, Redshift, or Azure Data Lake.
