Responsibilities of Support HR - CLM
  • Oversee and manage the Contract Labor Management System (CLMS) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations related to contract labor.
  • Handle billing processes related to contract labor, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective change management within the department.
  • Maintain a high level of accountability, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Foster a global mindset within the team, promoting understanding and respect for diverse cultures and perspectives.
  • Regularly review and update CLM and compliance policies and procedures to ensure they remain current and effective.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to address any issues or concerns related to contract labor.
  • Provide training and guidance to other team members on CLM and compliance-related matters.
  • Regularly report to HR management on the status of CLM and compliance activities.
