Job summary

Haskoning invites applications for a Pump Supervisor to oversee installation, alignment, testing and commissioning of pumps and related equipment at STPs and WTPs in Noida.

You will monitor site activities, coordinate with civil, electrical, instrumentation and O&M teams, maintain records and assist senior engineers with documentation and inspections. A ME degree and 3+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience supervising, installing and testing pumps and associated equipment in STPs/WTPs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, alignment, testing and commissioning of pumps and associated mechanical equipment in STPs/WTPs.
• Monitor mechanical installation works against approved technical requirements.
• Assist in inspection of pumps and associated treatment-plant equipment.
• Support testing, trial runs and commissioning activities.
• Monitor workmanship and installation quality and report defects/non-conformities.
• Coordinate mechanical activities with civil, electrical, instrumentation and O&M teams.
• Maintain inspection, testing and site-progress records.
• Assist technical experts in reviewing equipment-related documentation and site submissions.
• Support monitoring of preventive-maintenance requirements during commissioning/operation stages.
• Provide inputs to site inspection, progress and technical reports.
