Job summary

Mondelēz India Foods Private Limited is seeking a Supply Planning professional to lead mid- and long-term planning for SKUs on manufacturing assets. You will execute S&OP/S&OE, optimize inventory, and collaborate with plant operations, suppliers and demand teams to ensure smooth information flow and execution.

The role requires MBA certification and a minimum of 3 years in supply chain, with strong Excel/VBA skills and knowledge of MPS, RCCP and DRP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• MBA certification and Graduation required.
• Knowledge of S&OP/S&OE is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan supply for SKUs on specific manufacturing assets.
• Perform mid- and long-term planning through finite scheduling.
• Collaborate with plant operations, suppliers and demand teams to ensure information flow and execution.
• Execute S&OP and S&OE to develop Least Cost Production Plans.
• Monitor inventory levels to optimise working capital and service levels.
• Support NPD launches from inception to delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Address risks, opportunities and disruptions with contingency plans.
• Implement O9 Supply Planning module and ensure readiness.

You will be responsible forsupply planning of SKUs on specific manufacturingassets. You will conduct mid- and long-term planning through to finitescheduling. You will also work closely with plant operations, suppliers and demand to ensure aproper flow of information and operational execution.

How will You Contribute:

• Execute S&OP and S&OE to develop Least Cost Production Plans to meet demand, Considering factors like Production capacity, Lead times & Inventory Levels.
• Ensure right service levels through Range & Inventory sufficiency and avoid NR loss.
• Monitor & optimise Inventory levels to ensure adequate stocks at minimum working capital.
• Minimise RM/PM/FG write-off through systematics Operational/Tactical/Strategic Interventions and support Margins.
• Support as key stakeholder in all NPD launches from inception to delivery working with Cross Functional Teams (Sales, Marketing, Production, Logistics,RDQ etc)
• Analyse data to identify trends, Risks & Opportunities
• Address Supply Chain Disruptions and develop contingency plans.
• Implement O9 Supply Planning module and ensure system readiness to execute the same.
• Minimise pallet hiring for season planning – June to Aug, Sep to November months & ensure minimal leftover for seasonal SKUs
