Job Summary

Responsible for ERP analysis, procurement, inventory management, vendor management, production coordination, and import/export logistics to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP & Data Analysis: Track purchase and sales data, pending orders, and optimize decision-making.
• Procurement & Inventory Management: Review technical specifications for raw materials and components. Manage obsolete/slow-moving stock and ensure timely purchase orders. Coordinate stock liquidation before new procurement. Evaluate vendor cost, quality, and delivery. Resolve vendor-related issues promptly.
• Production & Dispatch Coordination: Support production planning and BOM/RPO management. Oversee dispatch activities and MIS reporting. Drive improvements to meet plant KPIs.
• Imports & Exports Logistics: Manage clearing and forwarding, import costing, L/C documentation, and customs clearance. Verify and process freight forwarder invoices for payment.
