Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Supply Chain Financial Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain Finance team in India. You will support planning, reporting, and analysis for sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics, helping senior management make data-driven decisions.

You will work with department leaders, build strong analyses, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, globally oriented finance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a supply chain environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Ability to work autonomously and with others.
• Attention to detail in reports and presentations.
• Ambitious, competitive mindset for a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the annual financial plan and contribute to forecasting activities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and executive-level materials.
• Analyze financial and operational results to uncover trends, explain variances to budget/forecast, highlight potential risks and opportunities, and provide data-backed recommendations to senior management.
• Work with department leaders to understand key expense drivers to enhance financial modeling and forecast accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance and supply chain departments.

Aristocrat is looking for a Supply Chain Financial Analyst to join our outstanding team! This role is a critical part of our Global Supply Chain Finance team and will support the reporting and analysis for our Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development of the annual financial plan and contribute to forecasting activities
• Prepare monthly financial reports and executive-level materials
• Analyze financial and operational results to uncover trends, explain variances to budget/forecast, highlight potential risks and/or opportunities, and provide data-backed recommendations to senior management
• Work with department leaders to understand key expense drivers in order to enhance financial modeling and forecast accuracy
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance and supply chain departments.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Over 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a supply chain environment.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, xlookups, sumifs, index/match, etc).
• Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively with others.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring numbers throughout reports and presentations are accurate and align.
• Ambitious approach with a drive to compete and excel in a dynamic environment.
